The promotion campaign is organized by BLISS GLOBAL LIMITED (“Silk.”), for the period October 15, 2025 to November 9, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
[Silk. Hong Kong Physical Stores]
Upon a purchase of any drink item on our menu at Silk. Hong Kong Stores, the customer will receive the corresponding amount of lucky draw cards/opportunity. Each individual drink equates to 1 lucky draw card and no maximum amount is set.
[Delivery Orders/Pick-up Point]
The lucky draw card will be sent along with the delivery and pick-up orders. The same terms apply (upon a purchase of any drink item on our menu), the corresponding amount of lucky draw cards will be given.
In the case of any exchange or refund, the lucky draw card must be returned together in their original condition (Original condition means that the card has not been peeled to reveal the prize results. Otherwise, the return or refund will not be accepted, and prize redemption will be deemed invalid).
